Facilities Coordinator

General PurposeProvide essential office administration and facility services for a location(s). Perform support activities in support of but not limited to maintenance requests, cleaning, mailroom services, records retention, office supply and inventory, equipment, and security software and badge administration. Support building related projects/updates.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesFacilitate building service and repair requestsCoordinate the copy center/mail room duties when needed with our outsource partnerCoordinate and fulfill office move requestsWork with facility or office manager regarding furniture and space needsCoordinate work order requests, including conference room set upAssist with set up of conference rooms as requested; assist with AV needs/troubleshootingPerform or support mailroom function: sorting and preparing incoming and outgoing mail/packages; printing, sorting, and distributing invoices; large print job requests; etc.Support records retention by maintaining records database and ensuring records are destroyed per the company's Records Retention PolicyPerform duties to support access/security control system (badge, keycard access): activating or deactivating access cards/badges, printing security badges, updating security database with access changes, auditing badges, ordering security badge cards and badge print supplies, and generating security reportsProvide back-up support to other office roles (e.g., receptionist) or area locations when neededKeep area straight, professional and clear of clutterThe requirements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employee, but is not a complete list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required.
