Sharps Medical Waste Services in Houston, TX is seeking a Benefits Administrator to oversee employee benefits, workers' compensation, auto claims, and leave programs. You will partner with employees, managers, insurers, and TPAs to ensure accurate enrollment, timely claims processing, and compliant administration across ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, OSHA, and related regulations. This role emphasizes data accuracy, reporting on utilization and trends, and coordinating Open Enrollment and 401(k) #J-18808-Ljbffr
