Housekeeper/Utility Aide ( Sign-on Bonus up to $1,000)

Job PostingThe hours for this position is below:-Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm, 80 hours per pay (biweekly).This position also requires working weekends and holidays on a rotational basis.Essential Function:Provides and insures a continued safe, sanitary, homelike environment that promotes quality of life, security and wellness by maintaining sanitary conditions according to department standards.Qualifications & Experience:Must be able to follow and give written and oral instructions, and otherwise communicate and receive communications orally and in writing.Good attention to detail.Pleasant personality and capable of dealing with other people in a cooperative manner.Must have current and valid driver's license.Capable of learning and carrying out the required methods of cleaning and equipment operation.Ability to work well without close supervision.Housekeeping experience is preferred as well as experience in operating heavy equipment.Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
