Customer Service/Call Center Representative

Encore Talent Solutions has partnered with a client in the Northeast Columbus, OH area to identify a Provider Services/Customer Services Representative on a contract opening running through June 2027 (possible extensions/option to hire). This role will be full onsite with normal first shift business hours (M-F 8a-5p ET) Pay rate will be 18.50/hr *WHILE PRIOR EXPERIENCE WITH HEALTHCARE/MEDICAL RECORDS IS DESIRED, IT IS NOT REQUIRED. What We're Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent required Experience in customer service, contact center/call center operations, healthcare administration, medical records, claims processing, data entry, or provider relations Strong computer skills with the ability to efficiently navigate multiple applications and systems simultaneously Basic Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to work from and manage assigned call lists (advanced Excel not required) Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, customer-first approach Strong attention to detail and accuracy when documenting customer interactions Ability to quickly learn new processes, adapt to changing priorities, and consistently follow established procedures Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalismbfb3568a-762b-4989-884b-a9682aa104ca Encore Talent Solutions
