Senior Mechanical Estimator

We're hiring a Senior Mechanical Estimator in Dallas, TX to lead takeoffs and pricing for large commercial HVAC and plumbing projects.
- Deliver accurate, competitive estimates for high-value jobs
- Help win complex projects across healthcare, education, tech, and more
- Support preconstruction with clear, detailed cost data
- Be a go-to expert for estimating mechanical scopes Responsibilities:
- Perform takeoffs using software like FastPipe, FastDuct, Trimble, or AutoBid
- Review drawings and specs to scope HVAC, piping, and plumbing
- Price large mechanical projects ($5M-$50M) across commercial sectors
- Coordinate with project teams on bid strategy and handoff
- Track budgets, proposals, and estimating data
- Assist with value engineering and proposal reviews Compensation and Logistics:
