Position: Complex Director of Housekeeping
Location: Key West, FL – NO RELOCATION ASSISTANCE
Salary: $85,000 – $90,000 annually (DOE)

Overview:
One Source is currently seeking a seasoned Director of Housekeeping to oversee the operations of eight small inns across Key West. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple teams across different properties while maintaining consistent service standards.

About the Properties:
These unique properties are homes converted to bed-and-breakfast style accommodations, totaling 8 buildings and approximately 200 keys . The team consists of 20 hourly employees, 4 managers, an Inn Keeper, and an Area General Manager .

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage housekeeping operations across eight boutique inns in Key West.
• Ensure consistent quality and service standards across all locations.
• Hire, train, and develop housekeeping leaders and hourly staff.
• Partner with the Inn Keeper and Area General Manager on operational priorities.
• Oversee budgeting, inventory control, and vendor relationships.
• Maintain a strong presence in the operation—this is not an office role.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of housekeeping leadership experience; multi-property experience strongly preferred.
• Proven success in boutique hotel, resort, or independent property operations.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
