Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.73 / Hour Must be 21+ years of age Job Schedule Mon: 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM Tue: 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM Wed: 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM Thu: 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM Fri: 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or drivers by carrying out site‑specific access control procedures, credential verification, and/or visitor management protocols at the location. Monitor entry and exit points, review identification and/or delivery documentation, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas, loading zones, and/or operational spaces. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency responders as appropriate. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, with attention to gates, parking areas, dock doors, trailer yards, and/or other access‑sensitive locations. Document security‑related activities, incidents, access exceptions, and/or policy concerns, and report observations that could impact daily operations or site procedures. Minimum Requirements Client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED. Be at least 21 years of age. The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
