Job Description
Want to start a career in business development without needing years of experience first? We’re a Spectrum retail partner in Independence, just outside downtown Cleveland, and we’re hiring a Business Development Associate to connect local customers with Spectrum services.
\nWe’ll train you on the products. You bring the people skills and the drive.
\nWhat you’ll do
\n- \n
- Meet with prospective customers and find out what they’re looking for \n
- Recommend the Spectrum services that fit them best \n
- Follow up on leads and keep conversations moving \n
- Enter customer information and sign-ups accurately \n
- Work with your team to hit shared goals \n
What we’re looking for
\n- \n
- You’re 18 or older \n
- You can commit to at least 4 full days per week \n
- You can pass a background check \n
- You can start immediately \n
- You’re confident talking with new people and eager to learn \n
