Assistant Vice President (AVP) In-Store Fairfield (Cypress)

We are currently seeking an Assistant Vice President (AVP) for our in-store Fairfield (Cypress) location. The AVP ensures that in-store operations are effective, efficient and in compliance with credit union policies and procedures. The AVP assists the Branch Vice President to ensure the smooth flow of branch operations. The AVP performs supervisory duties as directed by the Branch VP, and handles inquiries and situations that are more complex and require supervisory attention. This may include, but is not limited to scheduling, counseling, coaching, problem solving, training/development and performance reviews. This individual will oversee and ensure proper controls are maintained. This position demands a flexible 4/10 work schedule with Saturday availability required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: High School Graduate or GED equivalent or equivalent work experience
• Experience: One to three years of banking and/or financial experience, in which achieving goals was required, on a routine basis or related experience
