What You'll Do:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll own a full 360 desk, acting as a trusted partner to both clients and candidates across the STEM industries. Expect to:

Build and manage your own client relationships
Identify top-tier STEM talent for highly specialized roles
Guide both sides through the full recruitment lifecycle
Provide strategic hiring support to fast-growing startups and Fortune 500 leaders
Influence hiring decisions that shape entire organizations
