Vice President of Operations - Champions First Credit Union

Vice President of Operations – Responsibilities Working closely with the EVP/CFO, the VP of Operations will oversee member experience and the credit union’s branch network, including optimizing the functions of branch staff as the membership increasingly uses digital banking options. Responsibilities include managing and coaching branch managers, implementing effective training programs for member-facing staff, and leading initiatives to enhance the institution’s presence within the community. The role is best suited for an innovative, highly organized individual with a strong work ethic who is willing to work with their team in a hands‑on capacity while developing strategies that support the organization’s growth goals and long‑term branching strategy. The successful candidate will serve as a resource and leader to teams across all 10 branches, ensuring operational efficiency, member satisfaction, and alignment with the credit union’s mission. Vice President of Operations – Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. Five years of management experience in financial services. Advanced degree preferred.
