About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President for Audience Development and Growth. The successful candidate will be tasked with building and leading a new audience development function with a primary focus on increasing viewership, growing fan engagement, and expanding audience reach across a portfolio of television properties. This leadership role involves the development and execution of audience growth strategies that aim to transform linear viewership into sustained, multiplatform fandom. The VP will be responsible for creating title-specific growth plans, leveraging audience insights and media analytics, and optimizing audience acquisition and retention. Additionally, the role requires the establishment of measurement frameworks, executive reporting, and KPI dashboards to track audience growth and engagement. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 10 years in audience development, entertainment marketing, programming strategy, content strategy, or related fields. A proven track record in increasing both viewership and fandom for television series, entertainment brands, or media properties is essential. The role demands a deep understanding of linear television programming, audience flow, and scheduling strategy, as well as expertise in fandom development, community building, and audience engagement. Experience in managing cross-functional partnerships and the ability to influence senior leaders are also key requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in audience analytics, performance measurement, and be adept at driving strategic initiatives for long-term franchise growth.
