The VP will be responsible for developing title-specific audience plans, leading acquisition and retention initiatives, and establishing measurement frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness of the strategies. Applicants for the Vice President, Audience Development position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience, with at least 10 years in audience development, entertainment marketing, content strategy, or related consumer media industries. The role requires a deep understanding of audience acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies across linear, streaming, social, digital, and emerging platforms.
