Job Summary
As a Roofing Assistant, you will be an integral part of our facilities maintenance team, supporting the upkeep and repair of the roofs at our production sites. In this temporary role, you will assist our skilled roofing professionals in completing a variety of tasks to ensure the safety and integrity of our buildings.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of roofing systems
- Perform inspections and identify potential issues or areas in need of attention
- Safely operate equipment and tools required for roofing work
- Collaborate with the roofing crew to complete projects in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a roofing or construction-related role is preferred
- Familiarity with roofing materials, techniques, and safety best practices
- Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
- Willingness to be part of a team and follow instructions

Working Conditions
This position will involve working outdoors, often at heights, and may require exposure to varying weather conditions. Proper safety equipment and training will be provided.

Compensation and Benefits
This is a temporary Roofing Assistant position with a pay rate of $18 - $22 per hour, depending on experience. We offer competitive overtime pay and the opportunity to gain valuable skills and experience in the roofing industry.
