Key Responsibilities

• Process weekly and biweekly multi-state payroll using ADP Workforce Now
• Act as a primary point of contact for payroll-related questions and support
• Prepare, analyze, and maintain payroll reports utilizing Excel and Microsoft Office
• Assist with payroll audits, compliance reporting, and documentation

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of payroll experience in a high-volume environment
• Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now (required) ADP Lyric (a plus)
• Strong understanding of multi-state payroll processing
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
