The Board is committed to remain independent. Position Overview Provide strategic and operational leadership to support the Bank’s financial strength, regulatory compliance, and continued growth. Guide the development and execution of the Bank’s strategic plan, lead the senior management team, and represent the Bank throughout local communities and the financial industry. Promote a positive, results-driven culture by modeling accountability, inclusion, continuous improvement, collaboration, and a constructive can-do approach. The ideal candidate will offer Broad banking experience, including at least ten years of executive leadership in a nimble, hands-on environment, or comparable experience. Commercial lending experience or meaningful risk exposure preferred. Strong leadership, management, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to think strategically while remaining actively engaged in execution. A strong commitment to sustaining the Bank’s independence and community-focused commercial banking mission. The salary range for this position is $309,000 to $513,000, in addition to benefits and bonus potential.
