The Senior Staff Accountant will play a critical role in managing the full-cycle accounting processes across multiple entities. This position requires a proactive approach to handle the complexities of closing numerous books and maintaining financial accuracy. Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 / Year DOE Responsibilities Closing the books for approximately 100 different entities Handling full-cycle accounting for multiple entities Managing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger Preparing journal entries and assisting with month‑end close Reconciling bank accounts and balance sheet accounts Preparing monthly financial statements Analyzing financial data and identifying discrepancies Assisting with audits and internal controls Processing property taxes, business licenses, and permits Collaborating closely with property managers and the accounting team Contributing to the improvement of accounting processes and procedures Requirements 5-10 years of general accounting experience 5-10 years of experience working with payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable 5 years of experience with GAAP Experience with multi‑entity accounting and managing numerous book closings, with a minimum of 20+ sets of financials High school diploma Proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel, and QuickBooks Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field is preferred 5 years of General Ledger reconciliation experience is preferred Experience with QuickBooks and Rent Manager is preferred Benefits Medical coverage with a 50/50 split after a 90‑day waiting period Low‑cost dental and vision plans 401K plan with a 4% match after one year, fully vested PTO policy: 2 weeks for the first two years, increasing to 3 weeks in the third year and 4 weeks after four years, capped at 4 weeks 9 paid holidays 80 hours of sick leave Catered lunch every other Friday and a $15 expense for lunch on non‑catered Fridays A unique perk to assist with tax processes, disclosed after hiring If you are a Senior Staff Accountant looking to take the next step in your career, apply now! #J-18808-Ljbffr Boutique Recruiting
