Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Skills and Qualifications: Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required. Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field. Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs. Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
