We're seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to lead a brand-new oral surgery center in San Jose, California. You'll come in as a founding partner with equity from day one, and without the personal capital usually required to open a practice independently.

The clinical vision, referral approach, and feel of the practice are yours to define. A proven, surgeon-led platform stands behind you to help you handle the business side, so your focus stays where it belongs.
