Pharmacy Tech Support / Call Center Rep (Remote/11am-8pm EST)
$18 per hourIQVIA
This remote call center role supports patients and pharmacies with payment assistance program inquiries, including card activation, eligibility verification, and claim troubleshooting. The position requires a high school diploma, pharmacy technician certification, HIPAA credentials, and 3+ years of call center experience, with a shift from 11am–8pm EST available.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer requests via phone, email, fax for payment assistance programs
- Activate co-pay cards and vouchers; verify program eligibility
- Assess issues and provide first-level support for problem resolution
- Document case details and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams
- Suggest operational improvements to management as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pharmacy technician experience required
- HIPAA certification
- Call center experience, 3+ years preferred
- Medical claim processing experience preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish capability preferred
Compensation: $18.00 per hour
