A growing company in the Cincinnati area is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to support daily accounting operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, staying organized, and being part of a team where accuracy and reliability are valued.

Salary Range- $50,000-$60,000

Responsibilities:

• Process invoices, payments, and deposits
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Assist with month-end reporting
• Communicate with vendors and internal team members as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience required
• Experience with QuickBooks, Sage, or similar accounting software preferred
• Strong Microsoft Excel and data entry skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to stay organized and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills

Experience:

• Accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Bank and credit card reconciliations
• Invoice processing
• Financial recordkeeping
• General bookkeeping duties
