Glenmoor Country Club is a premier private club located in beautiful Cherry Hills Village, just minutes from Belleview and I-25. We are currently seeking a motivated Seasonal Line Cook to work in our Halfway House, a standalone kitchen serving golfers throughout the day. This position prepares breakfast and lunch menu items while working independently in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Prepare high-quality breakfast, lunch, and grab-and-go menu items.
• Cook food to order while maintaining consistency, quality, and presentation.
• Execute basic cooking techniques including grill, fryer, pantry, and prep.
• Complete daily prep work, station setup, and stocking throughout the shift.
• Maintain proper food safety, sanitation, and kitchen organization.
• Complete opening, running, and closing kitchen duties.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation throughout your shift.
• Work collaboratively with the culinary and FOH teams to support tournaments, member events, and other food service operations as needed.

Schedule Options: Up to 40 hours per week.

NOTE: This seasonal position is expected to continue through October . Candidates must be available to work weekends, evenings, holidays, tournaments, and special events as business needs require.

Glenmoor Country Club operates in a non-tipping environment. Team members are compensated through hourly wages rather than gratuities.

What We're Looking For

• Previous line cook, grill cook, prep cook, short-order cook, or similar kitchen experience preferred.
• Strong knife skills and understanding of basic cooking techniques.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Dependability and a strong work ethic.
• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.

Physical & Work Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Frequently bend, reach, twist, and lift throughout the shift.
• Work safely around grills, fryers, ovens, knives, and other commercial kitchen equipment.
• Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments during varying weather conditions.
• Comfortable working in an active club environment while campus improvement and construction projects are ongoing.
