EisnerAmperhas experienced significant growth and is seekinga Senior Accountant for our Outsourced Accounting team focused on special projects.You will play a crucial role in supporting thefinancial operations and accounting processes for clients in various sectors.The Senior Accountant will collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to ensuretimelyandaccuratefinancial reporting andassistwith key business decisions.

WhatWork You Willbe Responsible For:

• Assistthe team through all phases of client engagementsincluding work planning, mobilization, execution, and closeout consistent with established program delivery processes to meet the scope, schedule, budget, and other contract requirements

• Ensure that the scope of work is completed to the satisfaction of the client and key stakeholders, while simultaneously ensuring that quality,financial, risk management, business and policy expectations are met

• Ensure compliance with applicable policies, procedures, laws, and regulations, while stayingup to dateon compliance-related matters

• Conduct research to resolvetechnical accounting issuesas appropriate

• Prepare andmaintainaccuratefinancial records and support month-end close processes

• May provide on-site,virtualor augmented business services forclients

• Assistwith preparing reports and deliverables for review, highlighting key issues, trends, and risksidentifiedduring project work

• Provide support on other consulting projects, as necessary

• Proactively communicates any issues/concerns relating to assignments

• Prepares for relevant certification exams until completed andmaintainsthe required CPE for firm and licensing requirements

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting,Finance or related field

• 3+ years ofpublic accounting experience,or3+ years combined experience across public and industry accounting

Preferred/Desired Skills:

• CPA or pursuing CPA certification

• Ability to learn and understand new concepts, workflows, and software applications.

• Highly organizedwithstrong attention to detail

• Perform effectively, efficiently,and with quality under tight deadlineswhilemanagingmultiple priorities

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

• Demonstrate a positive attitude, proactive nature, and be receptive to feedback

• Exhibit professionalism andmaintainthe highest level of confidentiality

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and within a team environment

• Technically proficient with the capability of performing at an intermediate or advanced level with respect to the Microsoft Office Suite of products (specifically Excel, and Word, Outlook)
