Lead .NET Developer

No C2C or sponsorship is available.Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced .NET Developer with strong expertise in Angular,.NET Core, React, and GraphQL to join our team. This role involves working on modern, scalable web applications, contributing to both front-end and back-end development, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of web development principles, microservices, and RESTful APIs.Key Responsibilities:Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using.NET Core, Angular, and React.Build and integrate user interfaces with a focus on high performance and scalability.Implement and maintain GraphQL APIs to support dynamic front-end data requirements.Collaborate with back-end developers to design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices.Ensure clean, maintainable, and efficient code by following best practices, coding standards, and participating in code reviews.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the full stack, ensuring high levels of performance, quality, and responsiveness.Work closely with QA engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of features and improvements.Stay up to date with emerging technologies and frameworks, driving continuous improvement in the development process.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.4+ years of professional experience in.NET Core development.Strong proficiency in front-end frameworks, especially Angular and React.Experience with GraphQL API development and integration.Solid understanding of RESTful services, microservices architecture, and modern web application development.Hands-on experience with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms.Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in deploying applications in cloud environments such as AWS or Azure.Familiarity with testing frameworks, unit testing, and end-to-end testing.Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.Previous experience working in an Agile development environment.Understanding of security best practices for web application development.Work Environment:This is a hybrid/remote position, requiring occasional on-site presence in Mechanicsburg, PA. Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to a commutable distance from Mechanicsburg, PA.
