Job Overview A law firm seeks a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join their expanding practice in Buffalo, New York. The attorney will manage motor vehicle liability cases, including trial preparation, depositions, and in-court trials, representing plaintiff clients in Buffalo and surrounding areas. Duties Handle motor vehicle accident cases in litigation. Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings and motions. Guide clients through the case process. Interact with expert witnesses and draft reports. Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, and court appearances. Requirements Law degree (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school. Active member in good standing with the New York Bar Association. 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience preferred. Ability to manage a high volume of cases and take them to trial.
