Treasury Analyst

Adecco Staffing is hiring! We are seeking a Financial Analyst/Treasury & Cash Management for a 6–12-month contract opportunity with a leading energy company. This role supports treasury operations, cash management, forecasting, and financial reporting activities. The ideal candidate will have experience with cash flow analysis, banking operations, financial reporting, and corporate finance.

Temporary Contract | 6–12 Months

Location: Hampton, NH

Pay: $35–$50/hour (W-2)

Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash positions, monitor cash flow activity, and support liquidity requirements.

• Perform banking activities, including wire transfers, electronic payments, and account management.

• Develop and maintain cash forecasts to support financial planning and decision-making.

• Reconcile treasury transactions and maintain accurate financial records.

• Support debt management activities, including tracking debt balances, compliance requirements, and reporting.

• Assist with external financing activities by preparing financial reports, presentations, and supporting documentation.

• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions.

• Identify process improvements and support treasury system enhancements and finance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.

• 1–4 years of experience in finance, treasury, accounting, cash management, or corporate finance.

• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Experience with financial reporting, forecasting, reconciliations, or banking operations.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

• Experience with treasury management systems is a plus.

Contract Length: 6–12 months
Work Arrangement: Hybrid/remote options will be discussed during the interview.

Pay Details: $35.00 to $50.00 per hour
