Civil Project EngineerPassero Associates' Charlotte, NC Office has an excellent opportunity for a Civil Project Engineer with 5+ years' experience to work in our growing Charlotte, NC office on a diverse range of civil/site projects using the latest advancements in industry technology. Projects involve work with residential, commercial, industrial, municipal and institutional clients. At Passero Associates, we focus on working in a team environment, all while promoting individual responsibility. Passero Engineers have the opportunity to work on all aspects of project delivery from concept to construction closeout, including client interaction.Responsibilities:Understand and create full sets of construction documents, including specificationsDevelop cost estimatesCoordinate with a multi-disciplinary team to execute projectsProvide construction administrative servicesQualifications/Experience:BS degree in Civil Engineering / Civil-related field5+ years' experience in site developmentSite, Highway, Drainage and Utility Design experienceWater/wastewater experience a plusExperience in conducting board and client meetings for small- to moderate-sized projects, a mustExperienced in land use and municipal approvalsExperienced in preparation of Stormwater Pollution Prevention PlansWorking knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3-DStrong communication and technical writing skillsExperienced in preparing project submissions and related documents/formsPE preferredGrowth & Opportunity:Passero Associates supports professional licensure, leadership development, and long-term career growth within a collaborative and multidisciplinary environment spanning the firm's nine offices across six states.Offering competitive salary & benefits package.
