Data Analyst

IDR is seeking a Data Analyst to join one of our top clients for a hybrid opportunity in Brentwood, TN. This role involves advanced analytics and statistical analysis within a dynamic organization that leverages data to drive strategic business decisions. The position offers a chance to work on complex data projects, support enterprise analytics initiatives, and communicate findings effectively to diverse stakeholders.

Position Overview for the Data Analyst:

• Conducts advanced statistical and analytical tasks to transform complex data into actionable insights.
• Designs and analyzes business experiments, including A/B testing and forecasting models.
• Partners with leadership to translate business questions into measurable data analyses.
• Develops visualizations and presentations to communicate statistical findings clearly.
• Supports data quality validation and collaborates closely with data engineering and science teams.

Requirements for the Data Analyst:

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
• Bachelor's Degree in data science, statistics, computer science, or related discipline.
• Experience with Tableau and Power BI for data visualization and dashboard development.
• Knowledge of Python for analysis, automation, and predictive modeling.
• Strong communication skills to present data insights to technical and non-technical teams.
