About The Role The role oversees core accounting operations, ensuring rigorous compliance with US GAAP, SOX controls, and SEC reporting frameworks. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes in accordance with US GAAP Design, test, and maintain SOX compliance controls and financial reporting workflows Prepare SEC filings, financial statements, and technical accounting memos for complex transactions Partner with internal and external auditors during annual financial statement audits and control reviews Optimize ERP and financial systems (NetSuite, Workday) to automate reporting and reduce close cycle times Supervise junior accounting staff, reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analyses What We Are Looking For 5-8 years of progressive accounting experience, combining public accounting (Big 4 preferred) and industry experience Active CPA license required Deep technical expertise in US GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting Advanced proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite) and Excel for financial modeling and data analysis Bonus: Experience in a high-growth technology or SaaS environment scaling accounting operations #J-18808-Ljbffr Evlo AI
