Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize the **Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS)** tool to monitor client progress, with a focus on compliance with Legal Rights Agreements (LRA); actively facilitate LRA extensions and work with all necessary court personnel.

• Provide resources, education, and advocacy to empower clients in achieving their personal goals and addressing basic needs, thereby enhancing their autonomy.

• Regularly assess patient situations and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring they remain relevant and effective.
