Role Description The Sales Representative role at Crown & Caddie is a part-time, remote position focused on driving brand awareness and generating sales across digital and direct communication channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging prospective and existing customers via email, phone, and social media, presenting product features and benefits, and guiding customers through the joining process. The Sales Representative will follow up on leads, maintain accurate records of interactions in the sales system or CRM, and support online campaigns and promotions. This role also involves gathering customer feedback, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and collaborating with the team to improve sales strategies and customer engagement. The position requires consistent professional communication, timely responses, and adherence to brand guidelines while working independently in a remote environment. Qualifications Proven skills in customer engagement, relationship building, and client communication. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional email and phone etiquette. Comfort with social media platforms and basic online marketing practices to support brand visibility. Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively in a part-time remote role. Collaborative mindset, openness to feedback, and willingness to learn brand and product details quickly. Prior experience in retail, e-commerce, or consumer goods sales is beneficial but not required.
