Business Analyst
RAPS CONSULTING INC
Must have experience leading Agile projects, business analysis, stakeholder management, and project delivery within the capital markets and financial services domain. Led end-to-end project delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies, managing requirements, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications. Partnered with business and technology teams to gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and translate business needs into user stories, epics, and functional specifications. Managed project backlogs, sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, UAT, and production releases to ensure successful solution delivery. Coordinated cross-functional teams across onshore and offshore locations to deliver technology solutions aligned with business objectives. Developed process flows, business process documentation, and data analysis to improve operational efficiency and support regulatory and business initiatives. Acted as the liaison between business, development, QA, and executive stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions and successful project execution. #J-18808-Ljbffr
