Urgently seeking a nurturing nanny in Fort Wayne.

Hi! I’m a mom of three looking for part-time childcare help as I transition into a full-time position with long work hours. I’ll need help primarily Tuesday through Friday, starting mid-afternoon (around 230pm) and going into the evening depending on my shift (around 8pm). You would mainly be caring for my younger two during the day, with my older child joining after school. I’m really looking for someone who: Is dependable and can stick to a consistent schedule Is comfortable with babies and toddlers Can handle multiple kids with patience and care Doesn’t mind a longer day when needed Light help around the house (just kid-related) and keeping the kids engaged and safe is important to me. More than anything, I want someone who feels like a natural fit for our family. We have two cats in our home. We do not need help caring for them but should be noted for the caregiver
