Position Overview:
Associated Gun Clubs of Baltimore, located in Marriottsville, Maryland, seeks a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Sales Associate to support office operations and assist the Office Manager. This position combines sales, customer service, inventory management, administrative responsibilities and data entry in a fast-paced environment.
Additional hours may occasionally be available for orientations, special events, meetings, and organizational activities.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Office Manager with administrative tasks
- Process sales of memberships and retail items
- Maintain accurate records and data entry
- Support inventory tracking and management
Skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Friendly, professional, and welcoming customer service skills
- Strong computer proficiency
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable cash-handling skills with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
- Must be dependable, organized, and self-motivated
Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To
• Sales of range badges and retail merchandise
• Scanning, copying, printing, and filing documents
• Answering phones, voicemails, and emails as needed
• Clerical Work
• Counting, tracking, and managing inventory of sales items
• Recording and monitoring sales, inventory, and restocking and revenue associated with the vending program
• Performing other duties as assigned
