Qualifications and Experience:

• Current EC General Curriculum licensure is required
• Previous experience as a Special Education Teacher in school settings preferred
• Strong knowledge of accommodations, IEP processes, and differentiated instruction
• Ability to teach and adapt strategies for students with diverse learning needs
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with classroom teachers, administration, and families
• Familiarity with resource, pull-out, and inclusion models for special education

• Provide direct instruction in small groups and classroom settings
• Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with general education teachers to support inclusive practices
• Collect and document student progress and provide regular updates
