Schedule:

• 40 hours per week; 8-hour shifts
• 6am-2:30pm, 6am-4:30pm, or 6am-6:30pm
• Flexible option: Five 8’s, four 10’s, or three 12’s, all starting at 6am
• Block schedule available
• On-call requirement: 48 hours within a 6-week period, plus one weekend per month

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Michigan
• BLS certification (current and valid)
• Demonstrated OR experience, specifically in cardiac procedures
• Cardiac scrub experience required
• Exceptional assessment, planning, documentation, and communication skills
• Flexibility to take on-call shifts as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate patient care within the CVOR setting
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, develop care plans, and evaluate patient responses
• Collaborate with surgical teams and communicate critical information clearly
• Document all care and teaching activities for patients and families
• Apply strong clinical judgment in high-acuity and rapidly changing environments

$2,420 - $2,560/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
