Job Summary

AI/ML Lead

Key Responsibilities

Production operations (L2/L3) for AI, ML, and GenAI systems across environments

Operate and monitor agentic AI platforms (multi-agent workflows, A2A interactions, tool/MCP calls)

Maintain AI & LLM observability (metrics, logs, tracing, alerts)

Lead model lifecycle management including upgrades, validation, and rollback readiness

Ensure data quality, KPI accuracy, and insight trustworthiness across dashboards and exec outputs

Lead AI incidents, root-cause analysis (RCA), and preventive actions

Build runbooks, SOPs, and KT materials to operationalize AI at scale

Excellent communication skills

Should have experience in coordinating with offshore teams

Status reporting

Work in CST timings, preferably located in Chicago

Technical Skills

Over 10+ years experience in LLMs – Gemini, Claude Sonnet

Platform – GCP

Data Platform – Databricks, BigQuery

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate's pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
