The successful candidate will serve a number of sub-teams responsible for building key components of our business intelligence and reporting suite. The candidate will work closely with engineering, product, design and business stakeholders to clarify goals, and use effective process to align teams, seek clarity and empower teams to drive for results.Basic Qualifications:4 years of experience working as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or analyst on technical projects (Software Development, DevOps, etc.)Proven track record of identifying and implementing improvements to processes and projectsStrong critical thinking, decision making, and analytical skillsOutstanding time management skills and attention to detailExperience facilitating project ceremonies and managing multiple projectsAbility to manage a variety of projects with strict deadlinesBe able to listen to internal customers and create project plan accordinglyA Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, related field (business, finance, mathematics, computer science), or equivalent professional experience is requiredPreferred Qualifications:Working knowledge of Azure DevOps, PowerBI, FigmaExperience with data analysis/BI/presentation tools such as PowerBI, PowerApps, Excel, PowerPointAbility to thrive in ambiguous or challenging situationsStrong written and verbal communications skillsStrong interpersonal relationship development skillsLocation: Chicago, IL, Bethesda, MD, or Melville, NY; This is a hybrid role with 3 day in office requirement.#LI-216LAnnual Salary$77,900.00 - $129,150.00The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate.
