Key Responsibilities
RF and Protocol support on 5G systems
Integration of new software features
Test execution on 4G & 5G networks. (PCAT, RF RCT)
Lab Support for connecting hardware and bringing up new solution at customer sites
understanding the sales force software to report customer issues and work directly with R&D until issue is resolved
Installing and bringing up new software's and providing demos to customer
Experience working with product lifecycle management (PLM) software such as ENOVIA or 3DX to drive product lifecycle is preferred.
