Staff Accountant
Addition Management
Stable NYC based Law Firm seeks a Junior Staff Accountant to join their Team Responsibilities: Prepare reports and analysis utilizing accounting, billing and payables software programs and/or Excel. Monthly general ledger account analysis. Assist in financial analysis as requested. Assist with month end close. Assist in preparation of annual budget. Assist in monthly budget to actual analysis. Assist Escrow Department, as needed. Prepare daily cash flow report. Prepare quarterly tax filings (commercial rent tax and sales tax). Prepare monthly bank reconciliations for various bank accounts. Record keeping of firm investments. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting with 2-3 years professional work experience required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of attorneys and staff. Advanced knowledge of Excel, including experience in v-lookup and pivot tables. Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize work, and handle multiple tasks with discretion. #J-18808-Ljbffr Addition Management
