Description Help assess Claims exposure for the Insurance Carrier and Improve the Customer Experience for the Policyholders affected by a Natural Disaster. Position: Customer Success This position adds VALUE to the client’s adoption and use of the GeoSpatial Data product Attention Grabbers: Normalize data produced by our satellites and other sensors from natural catastrophe Solutions Development Work with Delivery team and Sales/ Strategic Account Managers Guidance on the use of products and solutions. Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to identifying areas for improvement. Collaborating with product management, sales, account management and marketing. Proactively recommend improvements to solutions & processes. Must have: 1) Experience in customer-facing roles, 2) P\&C insurance and 3) Scaling Technical Solutions. Gain in depth Customer's insight into needs and expectations and provide solutions to meet their needs. Achieve quantifiable value add. Joint customer / Company’s solution implementation planning & management. Provide customers with guidance on the use of Company’s products and solutions Resolve any challenges that may arise. Monitor CSAT levels and track (KPIs). Develop and implement strategies to enhance CSAT and loyalty. Collaboration with Sales to support contract renewals and ID opps for up- and cross-selling. Gather & analyze customer feedback and ID areas for improvement. Collaborate with the product and Dev teams to drive product improvements and ensure customer’s needs are met.
