Job Description
This role offers performance-based earning potential through appointment setting and lead generation activities. No experience needed. Just need to be trainable, have a good attitude, and set appointments. Earning potential can scale $80,000+ based on work ethic, go-getter mentality, and consistency. Leadership roles within the company will be available.
This is performance based pay you earn as much as you put in. This is not an hourly rate job.
Responsibilities
- Set appointments with potential residential roofing clients
- Self driven to reach your personal goals
- Clear communication with company
- Daily reports and outreach with company
- Generate leads to build a strong sales pipeline
Preferred Qualifications
- Trainable and willing to learn
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service skills
- Effective communication skills
