Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.50 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Tue: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Fri: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Sat: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Sun: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service at the front desk by greeting employees, visitors, and vendors, verifying identification, and following site-specific access procedures for a technology-focused location. Monitor lobby activity, manage visitor check-in and/or sign-out processes, issue temporary credentials as directed, and communicate clearly with building contacts regarding arrivals and access requests. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel when needed. Support site-specific policies by monitoring entry points, answering questions, documenting daily activity, and helping to deter unauthorized access through a professional front desk presence. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 21 years of age. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
