In addition to the listed pay range, the night shift differential is $5/hour for 8 of the 12 hours worked. Administering medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitoring and documenting patient vital signs and symptoms. Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Assisting in patient assessments and evaluations. Providing education and support to patients and their families. Ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment for patients. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records. Qualifications Current, Florida LPN license or multi-state compact license equivalent BLS certification Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to patient-centered care. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team. Strong organizational and documentation skills.
