WPCM Change Analysts have three primary focus areas:product lifecycle management (PLM) change analysis, configuration management, andgeneral product administrative support. Analysts work in a dynamic environment,supporting multiple product categories at different development stages. We are oftenengaged to help troubleshoot and analyze, providing short- and long-term solutionsthat consider impact to other teams and tools. We are passionate about the value of anefficient and responsive change management system, and are committed to workingcollaboratively with our key stakeholders to implement processes that improve thequality of Apple products.DescriptionAnalysts are responsible for processing and validating engineering change forms inApple’s PLM system. Each change form requires analysis to ensure it follows companypolicy, providing timely and concise feedback to the originator when needed. Analystsalso serve in a support role to other teams: we are the first line of support for PLMcustomers, providing general training on PLM, policies and procedures, and influencingteams to meet program documentation release milestones.Key Responsibilities:• Manage and communicate the project plan related to documentation releasemilestones to critical stakeholders• Create and manage top-level SKU configurations as defined by Product Marketing• Regularly participate in and drive cross-functional meetings related to each project• Engage and support in-region teams responsible for global production readiness• Occasionally provide off-hours support during high-volume periodsMinimum Qualifications• 3+ years of Change Management experience• PLM Tool experience• AA degree or equivalent experiencePreferred Qualifications• Expertise in documentation control and change management best practices• Excellent attention to detail, problem solving and communication skills• Exceptional time management: can easily multi-task and reprioritize; looks ahead tomanage known day-to-day tasks in order to support unforeseeable needs that mayarise• Motivated to proactively seek out answers, independently utilizing resources• Embraces and promotes change within an organization to adapt with evolvingbusiness needs; drives administrative requirements necessary to facilitate change• Experience with ERP toolSRI Tech Solutions is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, gender, religion, age, sexual orientation, national origin or citizenship status or ethnic origin, disability, marital status, veteran status, or any other occupationally irrelevant criteria.
