The Opportunity: This role will focus on representing plaintiffs in personal injury matters from intake through resolution, depending on experience level. Representative responsibilities may include: Managing personal injury caseloads involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, catastrophic injury, and related tort matters Conducting client intake and case evaluations Drafting pleadings, discovery, motions, and demand packages Negotiating pre-litigation settlements with carriers and opposing counsel Taking and defending depositions Attending hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trial proceedings (depending on experience) Working directly with clients throughout the lifecycle of their cases Why join us?
