Marketing Operations Analyst

Dodge Construction Network (Dodge) is looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Operations Analyst to unlock data-driven decision making. This role is critical to enabling efficient campaign execution, accurate attribution, and scalable growth.You'll collaborate across marketing, sales, and IT to analyze and optimize the processes that power our demand generation, lifecycle marketing, and digital performance.This is a full-time position and reports directly to the Sr. Director, Revenue Operations & AnalyticsPreferred LocationThis is a remote, home-office based role and candidates located in the continental United States will be consideredFor this position, there is a preference to hire in the Eastern Time zone, however candidates in other time zones willing to work Eastern time zone hours would also be consideredTravel RequirementsExpected travel is 10% for this role.Essential FunctionsPartner with stakeholders across marketing and sales to ensure clean data, accurate tracking, and alignment across systemsBuild dashboards and reporting to support marketing analytics by ensuring data integrity and visibility across platformsDevelop and document processes, workflows, and governance standards for campaign execution and lead managementCollaborate with demand gen and lifecycle teams to enable perfect lead routing, segmentation, scoring models, and A/B testingMonitor and report on platform performance, system errors, and integration gaps—owning troubleshooting and QAEducation RequirementBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and work experience.Required Experience, Knowledge and Skills4+ years in marketing operations, marketing technology, or related rolesHands-on experience with:Pardot (or Account Engagement) for marketing automation, nurture flows, and lead lifecycle tracking and WordPress for website updates, plugin management, and performance optimizationProficiency in WordPress CMS, Salesforce Pardot, GA4, GTM, Unbounce, Ongage, Event Brite, ON24, Adobe Creative Cloud, and HiveFamiliarity with tagging, tracking, UTM frameworks, and working with Google Tag Manager and GA4Experience supporting lead routing & scoring, lifecycle management, attribution modeling, and campaign analyticsStrong technical aptitude and project management skills—comfortable translating marketing needs into system solutionsClear communicator with the ability to partner cross-functionally and train others on tool usagePreferred Experience, Knowledge and SkillsHands-on proficiency working in Salesforce with an intuitive understanding of standard & custom objects, reports, dashboards, list views, and their reporting schemaStrong Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables, and basic modelingExperience building or maintaining dashboards in a Business Intelligence tool (Tableau, QuickSight, or similar)Previous experience with prompt engineering Large Language Models (LLMs) for data-driven analysisMeticulous attention to detail and strong documentation habitsComfortable fielding requests from multiple stakeholders and prioritizing competing day-to-day demandsAbout Dodge Construction NetworkDodge Construction Network exists to deliver the comprehensive data and connections the construction industry needs to build thriving communities.
