This position is fully remote, allowing our team members to work from the comfort of their homes while maintaining the flexibility needed to balance personal and professional responsibilities. Our structured work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m, allowing ample time for dedicated patient interaction and professional development.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients' emotional and psychological states, focusing on their mood disorders while assessing the intensity and frequency of symptoms.

• Collaborate with clients to create customized treatment plans that are congruent with their individual needs, goals, and preferences.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to the therapeutic approach of family and relationship dynamics.

• Provide ongoing education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.

• Monitor client progress meticulously and adapt treatment plans based on observed effectiveness and client feedback.

• Facilitate a cooperative care environment by collaborating with psychiatrists and other healthcare specialists to deliver comprehensive support.

• Maintain accurate documentation and records while adhering strictly to legal and ethical confidentiality standards.

• Engage actively in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development sessions to further enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.

• Advocate for clients’ mental health needs, addressing stigmatization and promoting their rights to mental wellness.

In this role, you will primarily support clients dealing with relationship challenges and emotional difficulties related to divorce. Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
