LHH Technology is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of business-focused technology projects. These initiatives span Salesforce, ERP systems, infrastructure, system integrations, and custom web applications. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities, deep technical expertise, and a proven track record in managing both simple and complex projects that enable business transformation. This is a hybrid role. Three days a week on-site in South Orange County, CA. Key Responsibilities: Manage full project lifecycles for Salesforce, ERP, infrastructure, integration, and web application initiatives. Define project scope, objectives, budget, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure seamless project execution. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, documentation, and progress reports. Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and milestones. Monitor project performance, proactively manage risks, and resolve issues. Ensure quality standards are met and oversee QA testing. Facilitate clear communication with stakeholders and manage expectations. Deliver user training and post-implementation support. Collaborate with other project managers to share knowledge and best practices. Perform additional duties as assigned. Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and enterprise technology rollouts. Strong knowledge of Salesforce, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite), IT infrastructure, and custom web development. Familiarity with integration tools and strategies (e.g., APIs, middleware). Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. Salesforce certification preferred (e.g., Administrator, Consultant). PMP certification or Agile/Scrum experience is a plus. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of project management experience across Salesforce, ERP, infrastructure, and custom applications. Proven success with Agile methodologies and change management. Experience managing multiple cross-functional business and IT projects. Strong understanding of business process design and technical requirements gathering. Experience with data migration, system integration, and infrastructure upgrades. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Salary range : $150k to $180k annually.
