ISAM Business Analyst

Business Analyst Analyze, specify, and validate business needs. Minimum 6+ years experience as an IT Analyst with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Proficient in Agile methodology, Jira, and writing solution user stories. Assist OEMs in completing documentation for selection of a new Emergency Operation Center tool and conducting emergency‑management business process scenario reviews. Partner with cross‑functional teams (business, engineering, operations) to gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements; write clear, concise, and testable user stories. Background in enterprise data; manage data migration and HR data analytics. Salesforce functional knowledge: comfortable navigating Salesforce and working with basic objects such as accounts, opportunities, and cases. Drive process improvements in operations, inventory management, and cost optimization; support strategic decision‑making. Manage complex, multi‑workstream requirements with minimal oversight; strong background in process mapping, workflow design, and cross‑functional requirement consolidation. Key qualifications include experience in sales, operations, or enterprise tech environments, and the ability to map and redesign complex cross‑functional business processes. Contract‑based Business Analyst role: work on Accela Civic Platform integration, gather and clarify software requirements, and demonstrate reliability and commitment to excellence. Business Requirements Analysis: partner with internal stakeholders to define and document business requirements and collaborate with IT for smooth delivery. Change Analyst: participate in networking silicon projects, coordinating across technical and non‑technical aspects. Legal Operations Analyst: support and enhance legal operations through technology‑driven solutions. MDM Business Analyst: experience as a Business Analyst for customer MDM implementations, preferably B2B customer master data. Senior Business Analyst: strong background in Contract Life Cycle Management (CLM) and Contract Decision Management (CDM) within healthcare or pharmaceutical domains.
